Kutralfoods was born from a craving—specifically, the deep, smoky flavors of Merken and aji crema, flavors I could no longer find after moving to the U.S. These bold, rich tastes brought back memories of the south of Chile, a place where the smoke of the fire and the land’s bounty merge into something unforgettable.
